Who doesn't love Carrot Cake?  Our version is both delicious and healthy!   Made with almond and a bit of oat flour, coconut sugar makes this a low-glycemic treat, kissed with cinnamon, and we pack ours with fresh pineapple, organic carrots and raw walnuts for a dessert (or breakfast) you can feel awesome about!   We offer both the traditional cream cheese icing (okay not so healthy), and a dairy free Coconut Passionfruit icing so you can have your cake - and eat it too.   **wheat and dairy free
