Culinary Healing and Interactive Cooking Classes
Introduction To Culinary Healing
Discussion Class
This will be an ongoing class series, focusing on how high-impact nutrition, along with healing herbs, supplementation, tonics, eating seasonally, locally and energetically, all play a role in your overall wellness. It is a non-judgemental space for discussion and to explore healing through the foods we consume, and how we can manage our ever-changing environmental load through integrating natural healing into our everyday diet.
We will also be touching on other high-impact ingredients to help naturally detoxify your body from the many everyday toxins we are exposed to, and how to incorporate these into your weekly or on demand health practices. Ingredients such as cilantro (unless you hate it), dandelion, star anise, Tulsi, charcoal, zeolite, chlorella, turmeric, shilajit, anti-parasitics and so many more all play a crucial role in our overall health these days and are worthy of bringing into focus.
*Please note this is not a cooking class, however health-focused seasonal grazing snacks and beverages relevant to our discussion topics will be offered.
*(All food provided will be gluten-free and vegan)
*We will be working our way into running Fall “Sessions” offering spaces first to anyone who attends our Introduction Class!

June is all about preparing for healthy Summer Hydration for both your body and your skin!
Fortunately Mother nature provides us with lots of delicious ways to stay cool and hydrated during those extremely hot days of summer.
With our local harvests of melons and tomatoes, berries, cucumbers and celery among many others providing an abundance of nutrients along with their natural sun protection or hydration magic, and then featuring some of our favourite tropical fruits your summer toolkit is bound to please your palate while encouraging practical self-care.
Caring for your skin is also important during the hot sometimes dry sometimes humid summer days!
Did you know many of the delicious fruits and veggies mentioned above are also packed with antioxidants and known for their ability to repair sun damage?
