Packed with healthy fats and protein these gluten and dairy-free cookies will satisfy your hunger, your cravings and your belly! Guilt-free! Made with assorted organic nut and seed butters (we like to change it up), just enough pure Canadian maple syrup, organic nut and seed flours (usually almond but we like to play around with brazil, pumpkin, sunflower, walnut...), and organic coconut flour with a touch of vanilla. (We may on our whim add a dollop of jam, a chunk of chocolate or a pretty flower onto the top before we bake them). You won't be able to eat just one!
(PS these are also a great healthy snack for hungry youngsters who are nut-compatible)
